By using ProxyGrow services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing or activating a subscription.
1. Service Description
ProxyGrow provides mobile proxy services (HTTP, SOCKS5, UDP, VLESS) using real 4G/5G SIM cards located in Ukraine, Romania, and Latvia. Access is provided via Telegram after payment confirmation.
2. Acceptable Use
Our proxies may be used for lawful purposes only, including web scraping for research, advertising account management, automated testing, and privacy protection. You agree not to use our service for illegal activities, spamming, fraud, DDOS attacks, or any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the proxy location.
3. Account & Access
Access credentials are provided per subscription period. Credentials must not be shared outside your organization. We reserve the right to suspend access if abuse or policy violations are detected.
4. Payments
We accept cryptocurrency payments including USDT. Payments are non-refundable once the proxy has been activated and access credentials have been provided. In case of service failure on our side, we will provide compensation in the form of extended service time.
5. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to carrier outages, hardware failures, or scheduled maintenance. We will communicate planned maintenance via Telegram.
6. IP Rotation & Protocols
IP rotation behavior depends on the plan selected. Shared plans have a minimum rotation interval of 3 minutes. Premium plans allow instant rotation at any time via API link. Protocol support (HTTP, SOCKS5, UDP, VLESS) is plan-dependent.
7. Limitation of Liability
ProxyGrow is not responsible for any damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to: account bans on third-party platforms, lost business, data loss, or service interruptions. Use our services at your own risk and in compliance with the terms of any third-party platforms you access.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
